In case you’ve missed it, there is a vegan revolution happening out there. The latest victory is that Starbucks Coffee is now offering Lucy’s cookies, which are not only free of the most common allergens – wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, etc. – but also completely vegan!
The coffee chain has long been popular with many vegans thanks to its wide selection of soy infused java drinks, and that popularity will likely reach new levels with this latest offering.

And if you’re looking for something to do while you’re enjoying your cookies and soy mocha at Starbucks, bring your laptop and do a little online activism. They have Wi-Fi too.
Oh MAN! As a vegan with wheat, nut, and soy allergies, I LOOOOVE Lucy's cookies!

Finally! I just hope the trend comes over to Australia.
I already love a delicious soy hot chocolate and would love to have a vegan cookie at the same time.
Good on ya Starbucks!

I don't drink coffee, but I won't hesitate going to Starbucks for a cookie or two sometime!
